That's true, Wal Mart has some nice rings at reasonable prices. That's where I bought my Husband's ring and my Husband bought my ring at Target. We didn't have a whole lot of money when we first started out. But, I wear his ring everyday even though it's makes my finger itch and skin dry. But I could care less, the real prize was marrying the best man in the world!!!!! I wish you both much love and happiness!!!!! Good Luck!!!!

Get married....find a cheap ring you like. At least if you get robbed or lose the ring, you won't be out any money.

I was the same way. I found a gorgeous ring. I get compliments on it all the time. (......it cost me SEVEN dollars.) I haven't found another ring that I like better.

In the grand scheme of things, how much you paid for the ring means nothing, and will always remind you of how much you love each other.

I have expensive diamond rings that I could have worn, but like the cheap one better as an engagement ring, and I use a band that belonged to my mom before she died.

If you are in love the price of the ring doesn't matter it is just a symbol. Buy him the titanium now and replace it later when you can afford it.

I got my husband titanium. It's great!! It's very attractive and strong. When my husband chose his, it was because he was a carpenter and he needed something that could take the abuse. Now my husband is a deep sea diver and it's still holding true. Titanium is a great choice in my opinion.

Instead of doing that why don't you check out different pawn shops. They usually sell good jewelry for less and plenty of them have lay a way if you are not pressed for time. Also I know this sound kid of awful maybe but Walmart has great set for less than the main jewelry stores and it is real 24k gold. I don't have extra money laying around & we purchsed our 1set from the pawn shop and for out 3rd year anniversary we went and put a set on layaway at walmart. it is still doing great and saved hundreds both time.

Get what ever ring you want and can afford. It does not matter if he wears a cigar band . The real wedding ring goes in his head .

BTW that is in his mind, not in his nose.

The "men" of your dreams? Multiples...love it.

Who gives a crap how much a ring costs? If someone really loves you, they will accept and love whatever you give them. I told my boyfriend he could give me a ring from a cereal box, and I wouldn't care...but I don't want to get married, so I REALLY don't care.
