You don't have to use a P2P programs to download music.. I hate it, I don't use it at all.. why don't you donwload it from a websites like www.yourmp3.net or others..

I love the older versions of Bearshare (5.0 and before) because it doesn't come w/ bundled spyware. Damn, I hate spyware. The new Bearshare 6.0 is wonderful, but the only bad thing about it is that all the music files are in .wma format and it's only a trial period. I've used Limewire and I hate it. They claim to not have spyware but really it does. I recommend Bearshare, but only old versions of it (if you can find it).

I used to use WinMx but don't know if it is still around. Just be careful and don't get greedy with these P2P sites, that is how folks get busted.

I use Soulseek as well. The only thing different about Soulseek is it's harder to navigate. Once you get used to it, it's fine. I personally like Limewire better.

no. Bearshare is one but I wouldn't use it. It lets viruses into the computer. Plus one time my brother and I were using bearshare and we thought we were downloading ice age 2 the meltdown. when we were done we got my litttle brothers so they watch it with us.................................... it turned out to be porn

well there are plenty u need for mac or for windows let me know, for mac there are poisoned and acquisition and for windows go in for dc++
