Depends on your height.... how else can we know what your ideal weight is.

As a general rule, start at 100-105 lbs at 5 feet tall, and add 5-10 pounds for each inch.

BMI is usually BS(it tooooo general)..... you should see a doctor real quick if you want to get started with weight loss, just to talk to him.

search for bmi calculator on yahoo. it brought me to a website that told me what my bmi was and what it should be
