and you have to have a price range too.
your question is too broad. but the best car all in all and price doesnt mattter is the Rolls Royce Phantom- the best of everything is in this one automobile. Only the filthy rich can afford this car, it cost the same as a nice 4000 sq house. $340,000

There is no one car that the best for everyone. It all depends on what you need in terms of reliabilty, room, performance, efficiency, styling, and expense.
