A client of mine marked the email that we sent to her yahoo mail from my business as spam and she did not realize that it was some thing that she needed, now it seems that every time I send it to her she does not receive it. Is there any way to make it so that she can receive the email from my company

Apparently Yahoo sees your e mail as spam! Send her a brief text e mail with no html! I couldnt send you a return on your mail, it seems you dont have an account. If you need to contact these people, try using an alternative e mail service and dont send anything but text.

It means YahooMail sees your emails as spam, tell her to check her bulk mail folder and try retrieve the mails you sent her, from there she should check the mail and click the Not Spam button. If she doesn't see the mail, she can add your mail address to her address book. Try those first it should work.

She can add your company e-mail address in the safe list option.

She would need to add your email address to her address book.
