Yes I know when crack was invented. And this isn't some convuluted attempt to bash Italians. And I listen to tons of Pink Floyd. It's just a freaking question, people.

I always thought that song made no sense either. And it's supposed to be a romantic song, which is the funny part. Was it originally written in Italian and something got lost in translation?

you must not be very familar with music and all the imagery that many artist use to desribe situation. you should check out some pink floyd or the beatles post 1965
