I DON'T THINK WE WILL EVER GET A STRAIGHT STORY FROM EITHER THE LEFT OR THE RIGHT.....AND I AM A CONSERVATIVE. I TRY TO LISTEN TO BOTH SIDES AND RESEARCH TO SEE WHAT I CAN BEFORE MAKING A DECISION.

TOO FUNNY...the media is biased alright, but the mega-corproations who own them are primarily WEALTHY REPUBLICANS, who share the globalist's agenda.

Much of what's in the media serves no other purpose than to divide us further. Shame that few people are paying attention to what's REALLY going on, or look at the big picture. Both (civilian) sides are so busy looking for the other's fouls that they've lost sight of the ball. If the right paid any real attention, instead of just sucking up all the rhetoric, they wouldn't be supporting Bush either.

It's no longer about Dem's VS Rep's, and anybody who still thinks so is an idiot. There's much bigger things afoot, and all this is just distraction and slight of hand. The very nature and definition of our country is at stake, and those who are taking the side of a POLITICAL PARTY are failing to take the side of OUR COUNTRY, and our citizens. WE come first, not the government. THEY answer to US, not the other way around. THAT is, and always has been, the AMERICAN WAY.

PROTECT AND HONOR OUR SOLDIERS.
They are our only true defense.

PROTECT AND HONOR OUR CONSTITUTION.
It defines our nation, and our lifestyle.

PROTECT OUR RIGHTS, LIBERTIES, AND FREEDOMS.
No terrorist can deny them, only our government can...and has (Patriot Act).

PROTECT OUR DEMOCRACY.
Eliminate lobbyists, political payola, and their ability to buy-out our politicians.

PROTECT OUR LIVELYHOOD.
Stop our politicians and corporations from selling us out to foreign interests, and improve our labor laws.

PROMOTE SOCIAL/ECONOMICAL REFORM.
Equal/fair taxation, improved health care, ethical insurance. Only a self-righteous elitist would think success comes only from hard work. Many succeed through luck, and MANY who work their butts off can barely keep their heads above water. Philanthropy begins at home; if we can claim to be so generous as to bring "freedom" to Iraq, then we can at least feel some responsibilty for our fellow citizens. ANY other opinion is strictly hypocracy.

What link below? There isn't one! Back to the question....No, of course not! No one is being told the truth about anything. It is all designed to make us followers & have stress & worry regarding world affairs. The reporters are full of gossip & guessing game logic. Besides, NO government can tell the whole truth without increasing the risk to it's people in regards to the enemy!

No and neither is the rest of the world. As soon as the government stops hiring PR firms to spin everything in their favor, we'll be in better shape.

U.S. citizens have NEVER been told the whole story -- not from day one, so c'mon.

And "liberal biased media"....please.....don't be brainwashed by the conservative biased media -- which actually DOES exist in full-force.

Probably not, but we get more than most countries. Sometime because of the nature of our society we provide too much information. Do we need to tip our hand on how we found out about a threat?
