How do I download new sounds for outlook?

I understand from your question you are talking about e-mail.
you can record your voice to say incoming mail and save that to a folder.then go to sound icon double click go down to mail change that go to browse then go to the folder were you saved your voice click on it click OK.when you get e-mail you hear your voice saying incoming mail.
