If you book before the 30th Sept ! BA are £309 return to Mumbai,, then take your pick down to Goa. Cheapest is train, aeros are a matter of deal on the day, but Deccan is very competitive,
Charter is best to get cheap return holiday, booked to stay in a hostel (dont) , try around the 9th of Dec for cheapest, as 14 day hols return at xmas and no one wants them
