Probably would take them a day or two, depending, of course on how large a horde, but one that would be found in nature, minutes is a stretch. They don't get the skeleton very clean, and leave toothmarks on the bones. For a really clean skeletonization, use fireants. Takes a couple of weeks, but leaves the bones nice and clean.

I haven't specific information on this, but my immediate feeling is that they would need longer, enough rats to eat that much that quickly would get in each other's way too much in that small a space. I would guess it would take hours.
