I suppose you mean 'decent' not 'descent' and the answer to your question is no. Typically we don't even know who the real leading candidates are 13 months ahead of a preseidential election, unless an incumbent is running. After the NH primary (Jan 2007?) the candidates on each side will start to thin out and front runners will become more clear. That said, Guliani certainly has great name recognition.

No...I think that Mitt Romney also has a decent chance. I wouldn't vote for McCain if you paid me though, he is a treacherous man and his bills have done more harm than good...
