Your question is too vague, What is growing? Are you referring to the expansion of the spinal column due to lack of gravity? People on Earth sometimes hang upside down to stretch their spine, but the effect is miminal, and does not last. The greatest effect of weightlessness on bone structure is the loss of bone even though the astronaut does regular physical exercise. Even on Earth, the best way to prevent bone loss is weight lifting exercise.

There are 2 books by Larry Niven (The Integral Trees, and The Smoke Ring) about generational adaptation to low gravity. They are fiction, but are based on scientific speculation.

The is no gravity in space so you son;t have it pushing you down and compressing your spine. You don't really "grow" in space, you relax and stretch. It's not a lot tho, maybe an inch.

If you learn to speak English and spell correctly, you may have a better chance of being understood.
