I had to wait almost 3 hours for the Firesttone shop mechanics to do a emission testing on my car,...what a freakin lousy service they have there,..Never Ever Ever will I go there again!!!

Their tires are good, but their service is notoriously bad, and for what reason I have no idea. You would think with a name like that....*sigh*. I have, however had great service from the Goodyear people, but the shop I go to is independently owned. Sorry about your experience, I know how frustrating it can be. Take care!

My Mom not mess with them either. Years ago she had tires put on. That ALL she wanted and those jerks checked her back Brakes, telling her she needed new brake shoes. She told them my Dad do those things and she did not ask to have her Brakes checked, but, to have tires put on. On the way home she noticed a noise from the rear brakes. My Dad looked and some of the parts were missing or disconnected. He had to fix it, as Firestone Denied they did anything to the Brakes. But, this may be becoming the Norm with a lot of these places, time is money, move them in and out as to make more money not have better quality. A good Mechanic is getting hard to find, but, they are there and they are good. May take a week for them to get to you that how backed up they are. When people know about them they stay snowed, people will wait for quality work.

Fyrestones ripped me off back in 1965, and I swore I would never go back again. And I haven't. And I also tell all my friends not to go.
