Prices really vary for restuarants. It depends what you want. Some of the restuarants in the major hotels are pretty expensive but on average prices are not bad. I find spa prices in Dubai better then average as well. My favorate Spa is the Paris Gallary Spa which is hidden in City Centre Mall. It is very upscale but the prices aren't bad. I don't have the phone number any more but you may be able to get it off the City Centre Mall site. Some of the Spas at the hotels that aren't 5 star are pretty scary. The one at the Dubai Marina Resort and Spa is supposed to be good. I used to go to another one when I was in town that was in a very small shopping centre on Jumarah beach road but I can't remember the name of the shopping centre. It was good and very cheep. If you go to Paris Gallary spa then try the Morrocan bath. It is weird to have someone bath you but they really do a good job of Loofahing you. I think it is only about 150 Dhm or something. Manicures are about that too.

mostly very good value and not expensive. if you go to some of the local places it can be very cheap 50p for oizza etc. there are also some very expensive places like the Burg but it is a once in a lifetime experience. Alcohol is only available in hotels-expect to pay same price as you pay here in hotels.
