Papeverso ? ... Who rattled your cage!! (You need to stop the anger, get over the bitterness and try actually being nice! I'm assuming you're alone in life?!)
Sometimes Co-Codamol can give you a dry mouth, you could try taking plain old paracetamol instead, but along with the Diclofenac - if the pain is worse then you'll have to weigh up which is the worst of the two evils!! Also don't sleep with heating on - wil just dry the nose more - try putting bowl of boiling water near your bed - or next to you in the living room.
Hope you feel better soon.

Your mouth is dry because you will be mouth breathing. You have to drink loads and keep your mouth moist. Your nose could be blocked for a few weeks yet, whilst the inflammatory stage settles. Make sure you have food with each of those tabs as each one can cause you to feel sick and make you feel bad along with a few other side effects. Just stick at it and take it easy and remember not to blow your nose. If you are still on co amoxiclav im assuming you only had the op a few days ago.

You are not expected to breath through your nose yet. Inside the nose is swollen just like with any other surgery.
So you are breathing through your mouth, which causes the dry mouth.
Give it time but if you are super stressed, call your surgeon/doctor and ask for help.

take it easy dear, it's gonna be unpleasant for a while- ice chips will wet your mouth - sip gatorade if you can it'll hydrate better than water- DO NOT let yourself get de-hydrated - so you can heal faster - "Emergen Cee" is a drink powder that works WAY better than any other hydration system giving precious healing Vitamin C and the lemon lime with MSM is my fav- it will speed the healing process - although MSM doesn't help to sleep- just take in the morning
good luck
