Your feet smell bed when your feet sweat, excessively, and then dry inside the shoe or boot, which is not ventiliated. It's like having a wet towel and leaving it in your pack sack for a week or two, it REEKS, compared to as if you let it dry off on a clothes line, or in the bathroom over night, when it would dry from the air.

I suggest wearing cotton socks or using am insole to absorb the sweat. however, your boots already have the bacteria in them, so it will take a while for the smell to go away. If there is no real leather in your sneakers, throw them in the washer and dryer then spray the inside with a foot spray.

The smell is the feet sweating. Put some baby powder in the boots before you put them on. When you are not wearing the boots, spray the inside with Fabreze or put one of those dryer static sheet inside (remove before you wear them again).

Yep, try getting a foot powder for those times you wear nylons.

But more importantly - buy leather shoes!!! seriously, switching from plastic to leather will make all the difference in the world. I know it's more expensive, but it's worth it!

It is the nylon socks or hose. Cotton shouldn't cause it as much.
