puppy eyes make up?

Hey,

I have puppy eyes, kinda like Katie Holmes, especially when tired and I want to bring them up at the ends. How can I do that? Eyeliner? Eyeshadow? How?

When lining the upper eye, draw the line so it slightly "wings out" at the corners (the outer corners). I also read all the time (and it works) that when applying mascara make sure to pay attention to the outer corners of your lashes. When doing eyeshadow, get a trio, put the lighter color just to the crease covering the lid, put the darker color on the crease itself and let that "wing out" as well, then use the highlighter color on the browbone and blend it well. Use a shimmer pencil (like a whitish or silvery color) or use the highlighter color for your browbone and put a little in the inner corners of your eyes. Use white eyeliner in your inner lower rims of your eyes. Also, w/the eyliner you use (not the white... colored) start at the outer corner of the lower lid and let it diminish as you go half way and stop it there. Use a q tip for this effect. With the shimmer you put on the inner corners, let that meet up to the line. can you tell I read beauty magazines?!

Both mascara and eyeliner. When applying the eyeliner (brown), put it on on the top lid almost to the inside of your nose, not all the way. Put the eyeliner on your bottom lid only half way and use brown mascara and and eyelash curler. That should open your eyes up and make them brighter.
