I have noticed quite a few asians also. Statistically, Black and Hispanic males have not gone into engineering to the level that is required for this type of work. They (NASA) would be deliriously happy to have good qualified engineers of any color, but that is what is available in the market. But it is also NOT a place where you want to take less than qualified people and hope they will "catch up" to the others. Simply too much at risk.

You must be watching the old footage back when NASA rocked and put a man on the moon. Now that they have diversified it, they can't seem to scratch their asses with a handful of nails.
