Reboot the computer in Safe Mode (Press the F8 key repeatedly during boot up until you get the screen with the Safe Mode option)
Run the virus scanner again (When in Safe Mode virus scanners are more effective)
Reboot the PC to return to Normal Mode

The virus scanner was probably unable to clean the last couple files because they were in use by the virus. When you boot in Safe Mode it does not load or use any files except the minimum needed to start Windows. So it will be able to clean/delete the last of the files in safe Mode.

Uninstall Norton and install McAfee Antivirus software. It's over 10 times better than Norton.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus and protect your PC. but you need to pay for the software

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:
