If I get a non-surgical nose job would I get cancer on my nose after a couple of years?

Salam in case you nostril is unique as has been created via Allah after which you made non surgical nostril jobs via injecting a substance so your nostril would be looked extra desirable,it quite is haram. yet whilst your nostril became broken in an twist of fate and non surgical nostril jobs will make it come back to its unique sort it is not haram
