Lol about five years ago when I was dog-walking. It used to be my job to walk two hyperactive Border-Collie/Greyhound mix-breeds, and I was doing so on a very icy day. Unfortunately, one of the dogs pulled hard on the lead just as my foot contacted a particularly icy patch of pavement, and I smashed to the floor, landing on my face. The dogs, obviously concerned proceeded to lick me and jump all over me trying to get me up. Unfortunately, this, and that the fact that I was laughing hysterically at myself prevented from doing so. People in the street gathered round as they appeared to believe I was both being attacked by random dogs, and crying, as I was shuddering with laughter and they could not see my face. When I did finally get up I practically ran away skidding all over the place. I was still laughing at what an idiot I was, but it was so embarrassing. You should have seen people's faces!

Last Friday night I fell flat on my knees after a few drinks with my hubby and my Dad. Very embarrassing. Cut my knee and bruised the other one. Still very sore. Was walking too fast as I was dying for the loo.

About 3 months ago. I fell over after a night out in Bath (only slightly drunk!) and was picked up by a very nice man playing the bongos....

On my bicycle. I was peddling down the street racing my brother and my shoes got caught in the chain of my bike. I came crashing down on the street and got home all bloodied up.
That was an awful experience. Make sure to wear your pads on bicycles, roller blades, and skate boards. Bruises hurt.

Yesterday.
And to make matters worse I was hit by a school bus.
On the way to the hospital the ambulance was hit by a truck running a red light.
A helicopter arrived and air lifted me to the hospital, but I didn't have my insurance card with me.
Fortunately, just prior to my falling, I had cashed in my $10,000 lotto ticket.
They had to amputate both my legs, so I don't have to worry about falling over any more.

1 month ago right before my knee surgery, my knee just gave out on me and I fell in the street. Thankfully no one was coming.

Last week and it was really funny. The entrance to my work has a slight slop and one day I was coming our of work and stumbled up it. There was this guy sat in his van and he saw the whole thing and asked me for a post card. I just laughed and said sorry but I forgot to get one.
