The new Pulsar 180 has the LED tail light(from the DTS-Fi). Looks awsome!!

Regarding the difference between the 180 and Apache, well both are of different categories. Pulsar 180 is a power bike, while the Apache is a 150cc and would not be as powerful but will also give you mileage. 180 would deliver 40-45kmpl while Apache would give you 50-55kmpl if ridden properly.
The 180 is 16bhp 1less than the karizma so nice buy for a lot less.. While the Apache is 13bhp

I personally have a Unicorn and find nothing else better in the market right now as it has a very refined engine and gives awsome mileage plus the spares are also cheaper than the rest.

Rest depends on you... 180 for power, Apache for style(but only if you're short in height **no offense**) or even the Unicorn which i can vouch for personally!!

Happy Riding!!

Autocar has commented that the Apache would have been better off if shod with MRF rubber rather than TVS rubber and mechanics have confirmed that the rear feels unsteady while braking. The better bet would be the tried and tested Pulsar and then again, if you could wait and also afford a higher price tag, the 220 Pulsar is just about to be launched. The earlier launch date was Diwali but there is a chance that this has been further postponed.
