Katie Couric has killed the CBS evening news. I won't watch that junk anymore.

Maybe you should only watch if you hear of something that you can do something about...otherwise don't watch because it can be very depressing. I stopped watching the weather reports in the winter and life was much easier for me. I just dealt with snow as it came instead of worrying about it until it came. If you don't care to talk about current events at get togethers then there is no reason to watch.

Yes, I watch the news every morning when I get up and every evening. Usually in the morning I only have time for the local news but in the evening I watch the national news. It's very important to me to know whats going on in our state and in our nation.

Yes, in the morning before I leave for work. I check the weather and traffic and get a little bit of news before I hit the road. I'm with you, the news is depressing most of the time but, we must stay informed of what's going on around us.

I do not watch the news hardly at all anymore. It to is depressing to me as well. They might as well call it the depression. No wonder why Americans get so depressed. That's all the type media the New's show's anymore.

I feel the same way, I am way too sensitive for the news. At least movies are (mostly) fictional. I cannot watch it before bed, I cannot sleep knowing those things. But if you watch it maybe at 5 or 6 it's not so heavy on your mind.

Little as possible. Makes me frustrated, angry, sad, I usually end up crying over something. On the other hand I feel guilty for not knowing whats going on. If watching would make a difference, by all means I would. So far it has NOT!

Yes, news is much too depressing, but I'm really digging the teachers having sex with their students.
