Windows XP, startup music.?

When i start my computer it plays a little jingly tune as it starting up, how do i change it to play another tune

Go to Control Panel, then Sound and Audio Devices. Go to the Sounds tab and you want to change the Windows Logon sound.

Goto Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio devices. When this opens you can change the sounds that play when you start your PC and many other sounds like "Error" "Question" etc. If you make your own .wav files by recording sounds or phrases you can use these instead of the Windows default sounds.
