When i put my eyeliner on under my lashes a while later its all down near my nose and all over the place and looks terrible! any tips please?

Try using a pencil eyeliner instead of a liquid one.

There are a few things you can do. First, use a long lasting eye liner formulation, which has binders in it that make it adhere to the skin longer that regular eyeliners. Two great ones are from Revlon Color Stay eyeline and Styli-Style 24 hour line eyeliner.
Another great trick is to also line the eyes with a powder or creme eyeshadow with a thin liner bush on the top of the eyeliner.
And lastly you can seal all the products with two products: Benefit's She Laq or Model in a Bottle Makeup Setting Spray

The only way I have ever avoided eyleliner from running is to use a waterproof pencil. I use waterproof glimmersticks from Avon, but there are other brands out there.

I was going to say the opposite. I use Lancombe Artliner, which is a liquid. Even to hottest most humid days, it has never smeared on me.

ive tried this..it works wonders fer me..just dab a little powder under the liner so that it wont bleed...when you go fer a party just dab ur fav eyeshadow(powder) in a very defined manner...if ur fair try green,if ur olive complexioned try gold
and if ur dark try silver or bronze

what kind of eyeliner are you using??? use a pencil NOT liquid, lancome has a great selecion to choose from

buy a quality eyeliner...for me is Jade the best, or dior
