if your in asia, u can try this product called Tongkat Ali (its a root from the jungle and it stimulate blood flow just like viagra but not that expensive)
best is that if you know those locals around. they can tell u that they have these ointment when you rub it on your penis.. it makes it go hard and steady for a long time !

you could go to an adult book store and buy what is called stay hard cream, i dont really think that works, and viagra is not over the counter

Vitamin B-6 .. niacinimide ... it dialates the blood vessels..if you use pure niacin instead, it's less expensive but it can cause you to blush and get a prickly feeling ...

I'm 42 and I can tell you it's all in your head!!! The more you think about it the worse it will get... Your 21 and shouldn't have anything to worry about.. Think about something else while having sex....ITS IN YOUR HEAD!!!!!!

You may have a shortage of Vitamin B complex, especially B12. Get some and take if for one month...see if it helps. Good luck
