if I'm on the pill and I take a pregnancy test can it turn out positive?

I'm asking because the hormones that the pill has are meant to fool your body and to make it belivieve that one is pregneant.

the pill won't make the test positive, but if you had unprotected sex, it is possible that you can be pregnant. Nothing is 100% effective except abstinence.
