Get some lavender spray and spray your pillows beofre you go to sleep.
Also like someone else has mentioned, nice warm bath, nice music and make yourself cosy.
Don't drink any caffine (coffee, tea etc) or eat just before you go to bed.
If its really bad, go to a natural foodshop for advice on what you take thats natural based.

Try going to sleep soon as you feel sleepy and tried, you will fall asleep straight away, if not having a snack before bedtime helps too, having a chocolaty drink helps you go sleep too, especially if you were studying before going to sleep.

dont worry about spelling we know what you mean ...get up in the morning ....have an active day ...and you should feel nakered at the end of the day .......if your the lazy kind of guy and smoke the dope ...you need to change routine completely ...get up early
