I have two monitors set up and working. I can put windows in each monitor, but the blue taskbar at the bottom of the primary monitor doesn't extend into the second monitor. Is it possible to have the taskbar on both monitors?

It all depends on which kind of graphics card you have. I had an ATI card in the past with dual-head display which allowed you to combine the areas of both monitors and treat them as one large desktop, which would extend the toolbar across both displays. Currently I have an nVidia card which does NOT work that way. You have to play with the settings and if they are there, they are there. Also, it doesn't hurt to have the latest graphics drivers installed.
