It depends of course on the vehicle and particular how you drive (concerning the brake pads) but I have come to expect about 30 - 40 thousand miles out of mine, and I have a muscle car with a Hemi motor and I drive like a bat out of hell...so...if you are less aggressive I might think you could expect more out of yours. Windshield wipers also depend on certain factors. If you live in the north and they sustain a Winters worth of abuse, they wont last as long...but I would say replace them every 6 months to be sure. That is what I do and I live in the colder part of North America.

Under normal driving conditions check your brakes every 30K miles.
If your wiper blades are brittle, replace them immediately. The rubber might break and allow the metal clips to scratch your window. There's no rule for how often wiper blades must be replaced but check them once or twice a year, perhaps more often in hot dry climates.

it is not lots a function of mileage, yet a function of time. maximum windshield wipers advise changing each and every six months, in spite of the undeniable fact that i've got stumbled on that a stable set will final somewhat over a 300 and sixty 5 days counting on circumstances. if your motor vehicle is storage stored, they should additionally final longer. attempt to maintain them moist, too... use your windshield wiper fluid each and every couple weeks, despite if it is not grimy. this might shop your wipers from drying out and cracking, particularly with each and every of the salt on the roads!

As to the brake pads depends on how hard you drive as to the amount of wear lets say your not a speed demon and you brake normally then approx 20000 miles.
As to the wiper prob change them when they no longer remove water with the first sweep but start to smudge and definatly before a MOT.
