yes..i edit and create desktop layouts. its a pain having to close appications, because your always flipping from one source to another to build the pages otherwise

Depends really on what you're doing.
I find working on 3D Cad and graphics with dual monitors really helpful - you get to display more information without having to switch between windows. It's great if you need to compare one set of information (or drawings/images) with another quickly.

yes, because you can design on one montior and you the other to code.. very good for saving time.
