Yes I am, the man is fat immoral thug and an oaf, he has done nothing for his party or their cause, he's in it for the money and should have been sacked years ago, useless waste of space!

I doubt he'll be missed except for his over-ruling of several projects particularly in the building sector. Apart from that we've all had a bloody good laugh at some of his antics over the years, and let's face it, he's not done bad for himself since he was a waiter on a ship!
As he so rightly said, instead of being "two jags" he's going to become a "two bus passes" Prescott.

I am glad, he has failed to deliver in his job and cost the taxpayer a fortune in a new labour made up department that has now been disbanded.
I was a labour supporter but stopped when we got a deputy prime minister ( and then gave him planning powers!!!!!)
Shagging the staff is between him and his wife I couldnt care less spending large amounts of my tax money on constant entertainment and expnses of his staff at a succession of staff parties does.
Good riddance if its true ( although he will probably end up in the House of Lords being the hypocrit he seems to be)

I'll be happier when the whole sorry crowd of labour government leave.
I never liked Prescott for his political attitude, the colourful incidence he has been involved in (apart from the public money aspect ) I can forgive him for. It has brightened up some pretty dreary headlines at times.

Well now if this is true its wonderful but what a pity he didn't do it sooner before he caused so much harm! As for the answer that said the majority voted for Blair - wrong! We don't have proportional representation had this been in place Labour would not be in power!

It can't come soon enough for me.
He even sold out the seamen (He came to fame with the National Union of Seamen) apart from the other Unions but his earned a few bob that's why his long suffering wife stayed with him.

What a shame he wasn't going this weekend. I for one will be cracking open the champagne when the fat lump waddles out with his croquet set back to Hull.

JP is one the way out, a much richer and fatter man than the one who first entered politics.
If he can write, (yes, I know there are ghost-writers!), his 'Memoirs' will prove a bestseller and make him another fortune.
JP knows where all the bodies are buried.
