You mean the two-way radio Talkabouts? I highly doubt it.
The V3 uses a miniUSB connector for a bunch of things including recharging the battery. I'm hard pressed to think of a reason why MOT would put one of these on a two-way.

I don't know, if the hole is the same then yes but in my experience Motorola have different chargers for every phone, they may have changed this now though.

no it will not because all mobile phone chargers are the same voltage
