I'd definetly pay off everything house, car (might as well get a new one), and save half and have fun with the other half. Think about something you have always wanted to do. Personally, I'd travel, but it really depends on what you like to do.

put most of it in the bank
take a vocation
remodle the house
go out for a nice dinner with a loves one
