I'd say I'm pretty liberal, but I don't want terrorists to win. I want them to be wiped out... their ideology wiped out, all religious radicalism wiped out, ideally. Preferably there is a way to accomplish this without killing people... like educating the young to respect their lives and the lives of other, and to also value knowledge and freedom. But, now that we're involved in this war... we should just wipe the radicals off the map... if we can, just kill them before they kill us and spread their radical message of hate, hopefully that will accomplish the goal of keeping peace with the fewest casualties... because the way we're going about it now is not sparing any coalition soldier's lives.
You crazy Christians are just as bad though... blowing up abortion clinics and so forth... any religious fanaticism is dangerous and can get out of hand, ideally, all people will remain peaceful and keep their views to themselves and live and let live.

It's not so much that they want terrorist to win as they want W to look bad. The hatred of W runs so deep that they are willing to risk their own lives and lives of countless other Americans by emboldening the terrorists.
And, screw the bible. There isn't anything useful in there.
