I can eat pizzas twice a day for 5 days and still be the same.
on more thing, i get easily diarrhea and stomach ache when i am suddently anxious of something. Could it be that i am actually sick but not naturally skinny? i was not never small as a younster

Sure you could have some kind of absorption problem. I would imagine there is something wrong with your stomach or colon. But don't take my word for it, have some testing done and then begin taking appropriate medicine.

You are not anorexic if you are eating normally and not starving yourself. My son who's 5'10 weighs 140lbs. and yes he is thin but looks just fine. I think it's fairly normal to get diarrhea or a stomachache if you are anxious about something. However if the diarrhea is an everyday thing, you might need to get it checked out, you could have irritable bowel syndrome. It's not a serious illness you just have to watch what you eat and manage stress. Maybe you need to eat a better diet, more fruits and veggies rather than pizza which I'm sure you don't normally eat 5 days in a row. Also if you can't eat properly every day you should take a good multivitamin and a little exercise(take a walk) wouldn't hurt.

It is normal to be chunky as a youngster and a tall and skinny string bean when you are older. My ex husband could eat a can of lard 5 times a day and never gain a pound, and he is 6'2'' 165. As for the diarrhea and anxiousness, I would not worry. That happens to a lot of us when we are nervous. Unless you are starving yourself or exercising excessively, you are not anorexic. Talk to your doc about the stomach problems if it makes you feel better but don't worry about how much you weigh. If you dread exercise, then just go for a walk several times a week with leg and arm weights attached (you can pick them up at Wal-Mart). That can help to build some muscle mass without a stressful workout regime. Be careful of muscle building supplements though, many have herbs in them that can be dangerous when combined with certain medications. As for the diarrhea, try including more fiber in your diet.

You probably have a fast metabolism and are perhaps naturally skinny. Ive never been able to gain weight either and I mean I eat bad. McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza, (a college diet) and Ive been 165lbs for the past 3 1/2 years!

it sounds like you just have a bad diet...that's why you're getting the diarrhea. try and eat more fruits and vegetables. as long as you feel healthy and good about yourself, you should be ok. see if you can find a bmi (body mass index) chart online that would tell you if your weight is ok for your current height.
