If the carpeting is a nylon or synthetic the stain may come out easier than if carpet is a wool or cotton. I have used plain old club soda to remove red wine spots, but I recently read one should blot stain with cold water and a plain white cotton towel. If that doesn't remove stain, try using 3 percent hydrogen peroxide, the kind you'd use to disinfect a wound. If no white cotton towel is available use an old white cotton under shirt.

I have tried heaps of cleaners and am now a firm believer in EXIT soap it is amazing with red wine stains. I first used it when I had a half drunk bottle in the backseat of my car on the way home from a dinner, the waiter did not put the cork in properly and it leaked on my cream coloured carpet.
I tried a few of the wives tales with not much luck, I thought I was going to have to live with it. I told a friend about my incident and she removed a yellow bar of soap from her handbag called "EXIT SOAP" and I tried thinking I was just wasting my time. It was amazing this stubborn stain that I had been fighting with for weeks disappeared before my eyes. Now I can't stop telling people about it. I know I am not the only one out there who loves it if you go to the website below you can read heaps of amazing stories from other people.

i do not understand how nicely it somewhat works now with all the agencies cutting again on their elements and chemical compounds yet i understand I used to apply OxyClean for those subject matters and they used to freshen up all sorts of organic and organic stains (ie, grape juice, wine, inks) such issues as that (sorry, no Kool-help as it really is a Dye). Now that we are dealing with a monetary disaster (a recession, although the authorities received't admit as a lot) i do not understand if OxyClean is as sturdy because it once changed into. i will assert that the OxyClean changed into the only one which changed into as sturdy because the call claimed inspite of the reality that different organizations have for the reason that arise with their own version of this variety of purifier. With that being suggested, although, they'd nicely be able to adhere extra to the formulary because they do no longer ought to recoup the fee of analyze and progression because the emblem call, OxyClean, so now the usual would paintings extra ideal. sturdy success.
