First use some diluted bleach and a plastic scrubby. If that doesn't take everything off, use some white vinegar. To keep it clean longer? Buy a plastic squeegy (or an old towel) and wipe it down after each shower. And if you leave your shower curtain open after you shower you won't have a mildew problem

Use Simple Green. Just spray it on and wipe it off and your shower tile will dry clean and shiny.
