I'm going to Las Vegas in November to celebrate a friends b-day. There are going to be about 20-25 people. What is a good restaurant that can accompany that many people. We don't mind paying, we plan on spending around 3-4 k on the meal anyway.

There is only one place for a celebration of that magnitude
Go to the Top of the World (atop the Stratosphere hotel)
Featured in movies, tv shows and the Food network.
This is a celebration that you will long remember
Incredible food, excellent wine list, impeccable service and
a rotating view of Las Vegas unlike any other.
Make reservations now, so you won't be disappointed.
In the event they cannot accommodate you, my next choice would be the Private Dining room at Joes Stone crab (Caesars Forum Shops)
By the way, both of the aforementioned restaurants have their own websites
For great accommodations during your celebration, why not stay at the new Wynn resort or the Hotel at Mandalay bay (just a suggestion)
