My yahoo album to his phone ?

im pretty sure yahoo doesnt allow to send it to just a phone, but if your brother has internet access on his phone, you could send it through his "email" name and it should show up in a folder on his phone. My sis cant access the actual internet on her phone, but i can send it to her "proxy"/email and she will get them thru her phone. Otherwise you cant just zap it onto his phone. not through yahoo. but there are programs you can but im pretty sure they cost $$.

If his phone has a USB cord save the picture on your system, connect his phone to your system via USB and send it to him from your system or you could alternatively send it via bluetooth if your system's got 1.
You can also send it to him via e-mail and he'll hopefully be able to receive it on his phone if he's got Internet connections. There are other softwares you can use but I don't have a hold on their names right now.
