You have to put in your sign in name. Then click on "Forgot my password". Then they should ask you your secret question & then they will give you a new password. Then you can go into your acct and change it to what you want. Good luck!!

put in improper password, you will be asked did u forget ur password, click forgot password and follow instructions.
