Free-lance web design. You will still have to meet with clients, but the bulk is doable at home. I have a couple of friends who do this.
But you have to be pretty good, have a protfolio together and have enough experience. Also, you have to constantly look for work. There is A LOT of work around, but a lot of guys who do it. So you also need to be able to sell yourself and be ready for lean times.

As one poster said, although in a jocular sort of way, Web Design, home repairs and teaching for those who can't cope (Xmas is coming, PC Worlds coffers will be fattening up on Newbies). Really depends on your skills... customer service as well as computing.
Anything is possible if you try, but first you must try!
