Our fridge still works but it's really old and runs all day and night long. It leaks and sometimes it freezes the stuff on the fridge. I want to ask for a new one but I want to make sure I write a nice letter. The new landlords just bought these apartments a few months ago and they're really nice.

Dear~~~~~~~,
I know you just bought this property and have had expenses in doing that, but I am having a problem with my frig. It has given me trouble for quite some time now and I wondered if you might replace it? If you would like to come in and look at it, please give me a call and I will show you what I am talking about.
Thank you for your consideration,
Sincerely,~~~~~~~

Yer welome!
