boobs sag because gravity pulls them down. here's some things you can do to prevent it.

-wear a properly fitting bra with good support. 80% women get their bra sizes wrong, so go to a reputable lingerie shop like victoria's secret and get the sales lady to measure you up. if your boobs are big (cup C or more) then it is recommended to keep your bra on as you sleep in order to keep its shape.

-take a shower/bath every evening. when you're done, lie down on your bed and massage with olive oil. treat daily with firming lotion. once a week use a firming mask.

-if you can't do push ups, get a pair of dumbells that aren't heavy (about 1 kg each). lie down flat and lift the dumbells 10x, do this exercise twice a day. if you don't wanna buy dumbells, save plastic water bottles of about 1.5 litres and fill them up with sand.

-take good care of your health... drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet, exercise, take nutritional suplements, and get enough rest.

For real - I'm going to give you a serious answer. Wear an underwire bra as much as possible - don't buy bras that don't have underwires. Don't go braless unless you are sleeping at night. If you wear those sports bras that make your 2 boobs look like 1 boob - that is a big problem. You need to always wear a bra that lifts those puppies up and don't let them sag. If you do that you will have very little boob sagage when you are older. Women who get older and have saggy boobs either wear unsupportive bras or don't wear bras very often. That is the cause of the problem.
Bali bras are my favorite - they really give them a lift!

Old age is not the only factor responsible, breastfeeding may cause the breast to sag, also lack of proper attention may cause it,one need to wear the proper bra size, funny enough some people don't even wear any, they are doing more harm to the breast than they know, firming creams only help if they are still within a proportion, however if they are really sagging you may need to have a lift,it's a medical term for operating on the breast,it involve taking out the sagging flesh at the upper part of the breast.since she is not planning to have a child soon, look into it.

I went up a full cup size, from a large B to a large C, over the course of three children. Its been 20 months since I had my last child, and my boobs are still a large C. They are no longer firm or perky, however. They tend to wobble and are migrating into my armpits, which is super attractive! Ah, the joys of motherhood!

Press your palms together as if in prayer, twenty time a day, your mum should feel the muscles tighten. Splash of cold water in the morning also gives them a jump start for the day

There is no way to lift them if she is unable to work out. The only way is through breast implants or get fitted with a mesh/wire internal bra.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, but yes, they will sag, and no, there is nothing you can do about it.
