I have 3 boys ages 11 to 17 and the best way is to be open and honest. Use the correct words, and dont try to dodge any question they may ask. Find a good book at the library this might help you also. You can begin with her body and how it works and go on from their. Be prepared for some crazy questions and dont forget to stress that there is NO cure for aids or herpes. I have also told my boys if you are too embarrassed to buy or ask for condoms then you are not ready to have sex. Can i stress Be open and honest .... dont let her think it embarrasses you or she will be embarrassed to talk to you about it. Good Luck

That shouldn't be a problem, She may even know about it already.
They learn about it at school, from other kids and from TV. So just sit her down and tell her the facts of life. There is no easy or hard way about it. Just be plain and specific when she asks, what you really mean.

Be honest and up-front. She's going to hear it from someone, so it might as well be you because then you KNOW that she's getting the right information about sex and birth control. Just talk to her, she's going to be just as scared and embarrassed as you are. But, honestly, she probably already knows more about it than you think. It's time to correct her friends' BS stories about sex with the truth!

You start first with the Bible, and then go to the library. I'm not sure what is there now , but thats where I went and researched the information I needed when I was raising my 4 girls, thats been some time ago, but you will find all you need there!

If she is a teenager she probably know alot about how you make babies already and I think it is more important that you teach your daughter about safe sex and how to take care of herself in a sexual situation.
