Do you know what he wants from you?
If he really loves you then he wants you to put your foot down and stir up a fight that you won't tolerate such bullshit. He wants you to get jealous and show it so that he knows you actually care about him. If you pretend to take it all in, it's going to aggravate him and hurt you and then ofcourse, you both will start a chain of hurting each other moments.
I am doin the same to my girl. I tell her about all my exes I'm in touch with. But she just gets a bit jealous and doesn't argue about it. Just takes it all in and then after hours she starts an argument and tries to hurt my feelings. I am actually thinking of moving on and looking for someone else cuz...she isn't my type. She doesn't care about me the way I want her to. She doesn't get angry or show emotion...you know someone who is really in love? I mean I get furious in a way without swearing, without being physical etc. I just bring the topic and say I don't like it and wait for her reaction.
I dunno why I do this. I guess I just want a girl to show me how much she loves me by creating a storm if I talk about my exes or talk too much about other girls.
Maybe he's doing the same. Or simply he's being a jerk.
Find out which and deal accordingly.

You need to sit down and talk to him and let him know how you feel about it. Go from there and see how he reacts to the situation. It is a situation that you have to deal with because he does have ex's but you should not have to deal with them coming up and talking to you because you don't know them. Just talk to him and let him know how you feel about it.
