A guy can certainly have the urge to pee, or the pressure in his bladder, but with an erection 99% of guys cannot physically urinate until the erection subsides enough to switch the internal valves. Penis may still be quite engorged, and heavy, but won't be erect. Otherwise there would be a lot of urine stains on bathroom ceilings from morning woodies.

Yes, however they are usually involuntary erections, such as the "morning glory" (early morning wake up) erections.
It also happens that in the middle of sex with my wife, I will need to take a "break" and will go to the bathroom with a full-blown erection, needing to urinate... which is incredibly difficult, if not next to impossible, when not just simply painful!
It is usually not a common situation when both coincide, but it isn't an impossibility, and so it isn't "impossible". The fact that I experience this about 2 to 3 times a month would qualify this as being "possible" if not normal.
Cheers!

You have to understand a little of the physiology to answer that question. For men to experience and maintain an erection their parasympathetic "or relaxation" nervous system has to be in control. This relaxes the blood vessels in the penis and allows for blood to fill the penis. This is why men sometimes have trouble preforming when they are not comfortable and nervous. If the need to urinate is quite urgent to the point where it is causing stress, anxiety and tension then men should not be able to get or maintain an erection.

Yes, but a full erection will prevent them from being able to urinate until enough blood flow has recessed from the penis to relieve pressure on the urinary tract running through the penis.
