its not wrong to love yourself. its also not wrong being transsexual. i wasnt happy with who i was before but i am very happy with mayself now. i accept who i am and love to live life now. before i had no friends because i pushed everyone away. in my mind how could they like me if i hated myself.

again there is nothing wrong with being transsexual and wanting to correct the body and make it match your feelings in your mind.

I've seen numbers that range from 30-60 thousand in the world-wide population, so it is a statistically small group.

As for "do you just love who you are surgery or not?", that is the original issue--they don't. If you had this constant disconnect between mentally-perceived identity and physically-obvious features, then you can either try to change the perception or the reality. Considering the nature of this forum, LGBT, that would then go to say, why can't Ls and Gs simply change their perception. Meanwhile, it isn't the same as making physical changes with Ls and Gs, they want a female with female and male with male relationship--with the Ts the problem is different. It is different for a gay man to want to be the effeminant partner than if a trans man should be a she in order to be the female partner. In some ways it is turning a homo into a hetero, although if I did it, I would be going from hetero to homo in that if my fixtures were changed from male to female and I still have a preference for females, that would make me a lesbian.

Either way, the T-crowd is an interesting complication, ask a feminist.

Transgered?? sugery?? Didn't you think about using Check Spelling before you posted this bull? People should love who they are, regardless. Another worthless dickshit question.

Loving who you are is a matter of personal self confidence, whether you are transgendered, transsexual, intersexed, gay, lesbian, bi, straight or WHATEVER. It shouldn't have anything to do with being transgendered at all. I know plenty of people who are NOT trans and STILL don't love who and what they are or what they have become. Also, who are YOU to declare being transgendered is WRONG? In ancient American Indian cultures, a transgendered person was highly revered as being like a gift from the "gods" because they had duality of seeing the world through ALL perspectives and therefore was believed to have been given special "wisdom" from the gods. I still agree with this. Before my own transition, I felt like I was unique and eccentric to the point that I could not understand others, but I KNEW I had many things to share with the world, because of the unique perspective of how my mind worked. I may not be able to totally "relate" to the male world (I'm a female to male transsexual) , but I know my mind works on the more male level, but I also have my feminine side that I will never get rid of, because I mean, hell, how can you just erase 26 years of female conditioning? Try living in a society where gender is so crucial to your development and defining exactly what you 'are' or are SUPPOSED to be, and breaking that mold and defining YOURSELF for who YOU feel you are, and you'll come to understand what I mean. Transsexual are BY FAR some of the most amazing, intellectual, and sociology based people I've ever met. They see the world through eyes that NON gender dysphoric people ever will. People who've never questioned their gender don't realize how much they take gender for granted and how big a role it plays in society. I consider myself "gifted" and "blessed" for being transsexual and I love how I am. I wouldn't change it for the world.

If the point of your question was to actually obtain some useful information then perhaps you need an interpreter to help you as I am convinced English is not your native tongue. if the point was to offend and to prove how ignorant of such things as spell check, common sentence structure, and any sense of decorum then you succeeded greatly! Congratulations.

First off, do people the courtesy of spelling correctly, it will make you at least appear intelligent. Secondly, who are you exactly to declare being transgendered is wrong. I know people who have gone through it and just fine.

Your ignorance is as great as your arrogance.

Please, GLTB people have enough crap to deal with, without your kind trolling.

I've always loved who I was! I don't have surgery and I'm happy as a lark today and a 24/7 tranny!

Silly question this!

It's not wrong. I'm not sure what the point of your question is.
