Saturday. I don’t have to go to work. I can get outside and throw a ball. I can go for walks in the park. I can go to a shopping mall, shop around for things that I just won’t buy, get a hot chocolate, and watch people enjoy their Saturday.
In the fall it means college football. It is a little vacation day that I get mostly every week (sometimes I have actual “things” to do on Saturday, but they are few and far between.)

Thursday... of course there is good TV! But more importantly is the anticipation of the weekend. Sometimes the build up is better than the prize!!
