Why are a lot of my pictures not showing up on internet explorer.. is it one of my settings?

When I go on websites (like myspace friend pictures for example) not my own pictures I have loaded up, no need to be rude.

No details as usual! What format? What are you seeing on your internet explorer? Are you refering to your website? etc...
